Credo Technologies (NASDAQ: CRDO) was a value before its earnings release and a deep value afterward, given its position in the AI ecosystem. Its growing portfolio spans needs from millimeters to kilometers, encompassing copper and optical solutions, at a time when connectivity is king.
The release-inspired sell-off, however warranted, fails to account for this positioning, and its depth is overblown. At 20%, the selling smacks of algorithmic activity that will quickly fade as fundamentals take over.
