Women shopping at a Nordstrom Rack and a Walmart in Burbank, California, on July 22, 2025, were alarmed when a man seemed to crouch down behind them and sniff their rear ends, so they called the police.
According to a City of Burbank press release, when police arrived at the Nordstrom Rack, the man, later identified as 38-year-old Calese Carron Crowder, had already left. Police spotted Crowder, from Glendale, at a Walmart nearby. Surveillance cameras showed him doing the same thing to women at that store, too.
