A plan to demolish and rebuild Crawfordsburn Primary School has been recommended for approval.
The application to demolish the existing building at 4 Cootehall Rd, Crawfordsburn, in order to erect a new eight classroom primary school, has been recommended for approval by officers at Ards and North Down Council.
Elected representatives will get the chance to vote the plan through at Tuesday’s planning meeting (June 7). The plan for the new buildings include a multi-purpose hall. It is believed the plan will also address current parking and road safety concerns at the school.
