Dallas Cowboys fans might be, but the Carolina Panthers aren’t quite done with Kellen Moore.
As reported by NFL Network insider Ian Rapoport this morning, Moore will stick around in Charlotte on Wednesday to speak with the team in regards to their head coaching position. The Cowboys offensive coordinator initially interviewed for Carolina yesterday as the ninth and final subject of their first round of meetings.

The former NFL quarterback transitioned to the sidelines in 2018, when he was named Dallas’ quarterbacks coach. He was then promoted to the offensive coordinator job a year later, where he’d spearhead the league’s No. 1 total offense in his very first season as a play caller.
Despite a flat ending to the current campaign, Moore led yet another impressive unit in 2022. The Cowboys ranked 11th in total offense (354.9 yards per game) and fourth in scoring (27.5 points per game).
Moore is now the third candidate to get another look from the Panthers. Carolina’s 2022 interim head coach Steve Wilks spoke with the team again last night while former Indianapolis Colts head coach Frank Reich will get his second opportunity today.
