The Dallas Cowboys have announced that they have parted ways with head coach Mike McCarthy. Cowboys owner Jerry Jones revealed that the decision to part ways with McCarthy was mutual, signaling the end of McCarthy's tenure with the team. Jones stated that the team's search for a new head coach has now officially begun.
McCarthy's departure comes after a disappointing season for the Cowboys, who failed to meet expectations and currently hold a record below .500. The decision to move on from McCarthy reflects the team's desire to make changes and improve their performance moving forward.
