A Covid survivor aged 115 has become the world's oldest person.
Maria Branyas survived Covid two years ago and has now taken over from a French nun Lucile Randon who died at 118.
The American-born centenarian, who lives in Spain , became the oldest person ever to recover from the killer virus in May 2020.
