Covid Ireland: Full list of expected changes as Micheal Martin to announce end of most restrictions

Taoiseach Micheál Martin will make a significant State of the Nation address on Friday and will outline when all remaining Covid restrictions will be stood down.

The major changes come after Chief Medical Officer Dr Tony Holohan delivered a bombshell letter to Health Minister Stephen Donnelly.

The CMO had been leading a meeting of the expert public health group NPHET on Thursday.
