LUCKNOW: Launching the 12-14 years Covid-19 vaccination campaign in the city on Wednesday, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanth said that public participation was crucial for preventing pandemics.
He also said that UP had enough stock of vaccines for all those due to take their jabs. The CM spoke to students who had come to get their first dose at the Shyama Prasad Mukherjee Civil Hospital in the city. In all, 4,673 teens were vaccinated across the state on the opening day. In Lucknow, over 1400 kids were inoculated on Wednesday.
Each dose in the private market will cost Rs 800 per dose, excluding GST, and around Rs 990, including taxes and administration charges. For the government, the price will be Rs 145.
