A 325-year-old property which formed the inspiration for Ollivander’s wand shop in the Harry Potter books and films is for sale with The Unique Property Company for £2 million.

1 Goodwin’s Court is a Grade II*-listed brick building with a bow window, a Georgian gas lamp outside and a black front door, accessed by a set of steps which are still worn with centuries-old footsteps.
