'For a cohesive look, consider matching wood tones throughout the space or mixing different finishes for added depth and visual interest. Incorporate other natural materials such as stone, metal, and woven textures to create a balanced and layered design scheme.'

'Choose furniture with clean lines and simple silhouettes to allow the beauty of the wood to shine through,' she says.
