The 60-year-old actress played Monica Geller on the classic 1990s sitcom 'Friends' whilst Jennifer starred as waitress Rachel Green and as her co-star turned 56 on Tuesday (11.02.25), she took to social media late in the evening to send her best wishes to her "beautiful and loyal"pal.
