Court throws out $2.3m lawsuit against premier

A court has thrown out a former MP's $2.3 million lawsuit against a premier after she alleged she was maliciously prosecuted on a blackmail charge intended to damage her reputation.

Former South Australian MP Annabel Digance and her husband Greg were charged with one count each of blackmail after allegedly threatening to make accusations of misconduct against Premier Peter Malinauskas in 2020.
