Court of Arbitration for Sport convenes to rule on 2025 AFCON champions

Senegal's legal attempt to recover the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations title will on Thursday go before a three-judge panel at the Court of Arbitration for Sport, which will decide whether Morocco should hand it back to the West African nation.

The Confederation of African Football (CAF), which organises the Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON), sanctioned Senegal's players for walking off the pitch in protest during January's final in Rabat at the Stade Prince Moulay Abdellah.
