Classified doc leaker Jack Teixeira to face military court-martial trial this week

Jack Teixeira Pentagon Massachusetts Air National Guard United States Donald Trump Massachusetts Prison

The air guardsman who leaked classified military docs and was sentenced to prison now faces a court-martial on additional charges.

Jack Teixeira pleaded guilty last year to six counts of willful retention and transmission of national defense information under the Espionage Act, following his arrest in the most consequential national security breach in years. He was later sentenced to 15 years in prison.
