Court hears Graeme Dott abused boy after world title win and gave him £50 note after

FORMER snooker champion Graeme Dott began allegedly abusing a young boy shortly after winning the world title, a court has heard.

The then youngster told jurors Dott molested him in the shower, gave him a £50 note as part of a "reward strategy" and groped him while playing online poker during "opportunistic" incidents.
