The grieving parents of a 16-month-old girl, Arianna Maragol— who died after being found unresponsive at a childcare centre in Sydney — have told 7.30 their daughter's death was "a tragedy waiting to happen".
A court has found the Berry Patch preschool at Kellyville Ridge and its owner, Helen Jacobs, guilty of 13 charges, including failing to appropriately supervise children and protect them from harm.
