Court action taken against 3 residents who caused 'misery' in Nottinghamshire town

A court order has been issued for three residents who had been causing "significant issues" for their neighbours in a Nottinghamshire town.

An anti-social behaviour injunction was issued against Katie Ross, 39, Conna Ross, 21, and Elise (Mary) Bills, 37, all of Poplar Avenue, Kirkby-in-Ashfield.

Ashfield District Council said the neighbours of the trio had reported issues ranging from anti-social behaviour, abuse and aggressive behaviour to noise nuisance and waste being outside a property.
