A couple who won a £3m dream home in Cornwall are selling it two months later and asking for offers over £4m. The Waterhouse, which is set in more than five acres of land, is a modern Grand Designs-style house with stunning views of the Camel Estuary.
When it was won in August by Leicestershire couple Uttam Parmar and his wife Raki in an Omaze charity prize draw, they described it as their 'own piece of paradise'. Now it has been put on the market, LeicestershireLive reports.
The Waterhouse is fully furnished with an open-plan living space and state-of-the-art kitchen and dining room. The home’s main bedroom has its own deluxe bathroom and the other three bedrooms are all doubles, and come with their own en-suite shower rooms.
