A Halewood couple are welcoming people to their home to enjoy the 'Liverpool Christmas Light Show' every night in December.
These pictures from the opening night show the dazzling lengths Helen and Marty Walsh have gone to, in order to transform the outside of their home for the festive season. It's all for a good cause as well, with the couple raising money for Alder Hey.
Each night up until New Year's Eve, there will be a sequence of twinkling lights, projections and special effects, set to popular music and family favourites. The shows run at 6pm, 7pm, 8pm and 9pm each night, with the last show on New Year's Eve at 11.30pm to see in 2023.

After running the event last year, Helen and Marty are promising it will be even more magical this time round. They said: "Come down and join us for a spectacular light show synchronised to music. We've got the classic Christmas songs along with the more modern Christmas songs and a few little surprise ones. Liverpool Christmas Light Show is not just for the children, it's for everyone.
"This year, we've got even more lights and more songs for you to be amazed by. We have also got a raffle with some fabulous prizes. We are hoping to raise lots of money for Alder Hey Children's Hospital."
The event raised £1,722.65 for Alder Hey last year and visitors are encouraged to donate what they can this year, with people able to donate in cash or by contactless payment. You can see the Liverpool Christmas Light Show at 7 Palmerston Drive, Hunts Cross off Mackets Lane (satnav L25 9GD).
