The parents of a 'miracle' baby girl have been left heartbroken after she died just nine months after being born.

Hannah Muskett didn't know she was pregnant until giving birth to daughter Ava-Louise in a hospital toilet in September last year.

Hannah and partner Lewis Brittain, both 21, were shocked but were said to have been besotted and over the moon with her from the moment she was born.
