A couple are thought to have made history by performing a saucy sex act on TV for the first time – and it was all captured on camera.
Channel 4 ’s racy series Open House: The Great Sex Experiment follows couples as they explore whether relationships can thrive without monogamy.
Returning for a second series, viewers watched as relationship therapist Dr Lori Bisbey met husband and wife Kirstie and Connor.
The pair, who make a living with their own OnlyFans account, revealed they wanted to bring another man into their bedroom.
But while Kirstie admits she was a firm believer in non-monogamy even before appearing on the show, Connor was less sure.
After finding a man they were both happy with, Kirstie and Connor took things to the next level.
So far, they are the first couple to explore new boundaries on the show by inviting another man into their bed.
Despite having a positive experience with the threesome, both Kirstie and Connor revealed the idea was better than the reality.
The couple are now unsure whether they would do it again – and say maybe they haven’t quite met the right person.
“We do OnlyFans for work and we’ve met up with some of the other residents [on the show] who do the same thing,” Kirstie told the Daily Star.
“We’ve attended some of the swingers clubs, but I don’t think it’s for us.
“We’re open to something if it happens, but we’ve not felt the urge to bring anyone else into our sex life. We’re not against it, but maybe we haven’t met the right person.”
Connor added: “We’re frisky people anyway so I’m glad we did it.... if anything it’s made me love my wife even more.”
Kirstie went on to share that she and Connor have even been given a nickname by other people taking part in the show - the ‘non-swinging swingers’.
The new season of Open House: The Great Sex Experiment is set to take things even further by airing an 18-person orgy.
It is thought to be the first time such an ‘sexperiment’ of that size has aired on TV.
A show insider said: “Bosses have really upped the ante this series.
"Viewers will definitely see the differences as the upcoming version will be far bolder and push the boundaries further. The sheer numbers involved in the orgy is likely to be a TV first.”
* Open House: The Great Sex Experiment airs on Channel 4 at 10pm on Thursdays or stream now on All 4
