Couple in tears over hotel stay 'that wasn't fit for humans' as refund demand rejected

A couple were left in tears after staying in a hotel room that "wasn't fit for humans".

Glenys and Graham Launders said they were greeted by a "dirty smell" when they entered their room at Coasters Hotel in Skegness, Lincolnshire.

They then found stained pillows and greasy kitchenware inside the property, NottinghamshireLive reports.
