A couple who discovered they were on the wrong flight just minutes before taking off have criticised Ryanair's "lack of organisation."
Simon Robinson, 57, and his wife Michelle, 59, settled into what they thought were their seats for their journey to Alicante, Spain.
However, after other passengers told them that they were in the wrong seats, they realised that they had boarded the wrong plane.
