The London borough that sets the cheapest council tax in the country says it has no plans use emergency powers granted by the Government to hike its bills.
Wandsworth currently charges households an average of £990 a year – the cheapest in London by £27 and less than half of the bill paid residents in two-thirds of the capital’s boroughs.
