THE blanket banning of hillwalkers from accessing four Munros for two months by a Perthshire estate would be “unlawful,” the council has said, adding it will take “enforcement action” if necessary to restore access.
Perth and Kinross Council has said it will intervene if anyone is “obstructed or deterred” from “responsible access” to the outdoors in the local authority’s area after a right to roam row broke out last month at the North Chesthill Estate.
