Matthew Ingalls, one of seven Cornell fraternity members accused in a civil lawsuit of sexually assaulting a student in 2024, is reportedly back in Dubai as New York authorities reopen the criminal investigation.
The 21-year-old has not been charged, and his location remains unconfirmed. However, if prosecutors eventually sought his return, the UAE could complicate matters because it has no bilateral extradition treaty with the United States.
