Cost-of-living payment Autumn 2023: Who qualifies and when will it be paid?

Millions of households are set to receive a £300 cost-of-living payment this autumn to help meet utility costs.

The Department for Work and Pensions is giving away £900 in three instalments over the course of one year and this will be the second sum.
