The cost of living crisis is having an impact on all of us. As food and energy prices soar, families across the UK are feeling the biggest squeeze on their incomes in a generation, and are left to make impossible choices between heating their homes or eating.

An exclusive Daily Mirror survey also revealed that nearly two million people are skipping meals after a jump in food prices. It also found one in four have responded to higher prices by eating food past its best-before date.
