Here’s everything on Coronation Street next week…
Kelly devastated as dad's body found
Loan shark Rick, played by Greg Wood, terrorised the residents of Weatherfield during his short stint on the cobbles back in 2019.
Among those tormented by Rick was Gary and during a furious showdown, Gary came out on top and it later emerged that he had killed Rick.
The loan shark went 'missing' and Gary took over the loan shark business, with Rick's daughter Kelly and wife Laura believing that he was on the run from the police.
But next week on the ITV soap, Kelly is left horrified when a body is discovered at the construction site and police inform her it’s Rick's body.
Kelly breaks down and later confides in Maria about how she feels both her parents have let her down.
Gary, left feeling overwhelmed with guilt, tells Maria that he wants to confess to Rick's murder.
Maria is horrified and does her best to beg Gary to reconsider as she tells him that he will end up destroying their family and Kelly's life.
Abi turns on Imran as she risks losing baby Alfie
Next week on the soap will see Abi (Sally Carman) head to court as she fights to win custody of her child.
But when Toyah Battersby (Georgia Taylor) arrives at the courtroom to show her support, both Imran (Charlie De Melo) and Abi are awash with guilt as she’s unaware that the baby is actually his.
In court, the local authority solicitor lists a host of reasons proving Abi to be an unfit mother and why Alfie should be taken into care.
Imran pleads Abi’s case, but Toyah later suggests he’s done all he can for Abi and it’s time to step back and concentrate on Elsie’s adoption hearing.
Abi then bans Imran from seeing Alfie, leaving him to swear he will do whatever it takes, even putting his name on the birth certificate.
Later in the week, Imran tells a pleased Toyah that he has set Abi up with a solicitor free of charge before secretly heading off with Abi to register Alfie’s birth.
When Toyah bumps into Abi carrying a package, which contains Alfie’s paperwork, and sees her acting strangely she assumes she is back on drugs and warns her estranged husband Kevin Webster.
Kevin discovers bombshell secret about Abi’s baby
Kevin found out that Abi had cheated on him via a Bluetooth blunder which meant he accidentally heard her confession.
The pair split up, leading Abi to descend into a downward spiral as she resorted to drugs again, not realising that she was pregnant.
Next week on Corrie, after Toyah warns Kevin that Abi has relapsed, he hunts for the package as Abi makes tea.
Kevin discovers the birth certificate, which has Imran named as the father…
Elsewhere, Toyah and Imran sit down with the social worker to discuss adopting Elsie, but is Imran's world about to be destroyed?
Fiz Stape set for heartbreaking exit as Phill loses job
Phill (Jamie Kenna) helped turn Maria's campaign around by producing a confidential report proving that the council were covering up the dangers of local air pollution, but after the pair are overheard, trouble lies.
Next week, Phill loses his job and tells Fiz that he can no longer afford the renovation on the house.
She is then left even more devastated when the estate agent says that the sinkhole is putting people off and that they need to lower the price.
Having expected Tyrone to be reluctant about dropping the price of the house, Fiz and Phill are shocked when the estate agent rings round and reveals that he's lowered it on Tyrone's instruction.
Fiz decides to go and thank Tyrone and tells him that she and Phill will move into the new house sooner than expected and that they will start some of the jobs themselves.
Tyrone is upset to hear that Fiz and Phill will be leaving so soon. Will they really be exiting Weatherfield for good?
Craig confronts Emma as lies spiral
Emma Brooker has been keeping her budding romance on the soap secret, but her relationship with Jon Spear comes dangerously close to coming out next week on the soap.
When the couple set off on a walk on the soap next week, Beth bumps into them and a horrified Emma is forced to introduce Jon, but claims he is an old school friend.
Beth then later mentions the run-in to Craig and he’s immediately suspicious that Emma is seeing Jon.
Craig decides to confront Emma, but she is adamant in her denials, but Craig remains suspicious.
If Emma is seeing Jon, and he finds out the truth of what happened to his granddad, the consequences for Emma and Faye would be enormous - not to mention for Craig, who is hopeful about a future return to the police force.
But Emma is ignoring the looming danger and continues to enjoy spending time with Jon, lying with Faye and Craig and saying she’s seeing an old school friend.
