Coronation Street airs some big moments on the ITV soap next week, as spoilers hint at a major exit as well as a big return.
One character bravely opens up about their recent turmoil, after distressing scenes on the show earlier this year.
But their attempts to get justice could backfire as they face legal action in a sickening twist.
Elsewhere, and a familiar face is confirmed to be returning to the famous street in episodes that air next week, ahead of a big wedding.
Also on the show next week, one character faces a big decision amid reports they will soon bow out of the soap after 12 years. Here's what's ahead on Corrie...
A character returns
Linda Hancock is returning to the cobbles after over a year away, spoilers have revealed.
Linda, played by Jacqueline Leonard, originally appeared in 2015 when she took her daughter Katy and grandson Joseph to Portugal before Katy died in a car collision.
The character has been back since then, and Linda most recently made an appearance on the cobbles in 2022 when little Joseph left Weatherfield for a bit.
Linda will return after being invited to the wedding of Joseph's dad Chesney Brown and his partner Gemma Winter.
Faye's exit revealed?
Coronation Street has hinted at Faye Windass' exit storyline on the ITV soap.
Ellie Leach - who plays Faye Windass - is reportedly leaving her role on the show in the summer, but could her exit storyline begin next week, as she's faced with her daughter Miley departing the Cobbles once more?
Faye has been getting closer to her ex Jackson and is bonding with her daughter Miley after they made a return to the Cobbles after living in Canada for several years.
Next week on the ITV soap, Miley tells her mum how much she'll miss her, she tries to hide her emotions. Miley amps up the pressure on Faye to make the move down south to Slough with her and her dad, but will she consider the big move?
Amy faces a threat
Coronation Street will see Amy Barlow take to social media to expose her horrific rape ordeal - as Aaron's family hits back.
Amy was raped by Aaron Sandford back in February when she was too drunk to consent. He has always denied it was rape, and later insisted "she wanted it as much as he did".
She has since been trying to get her life back on track after trying to report the incident to the police. However, she wasn't taken seriously and ended up taking back the allegation - but she is understandably still struggling with what happened to her.
And in new episodes, Amy opens up about what happened, but ends up being threatened with legal action.
Aaron's father Eric calls at No.1 and announces that he’s suing Amy for libel. When Amy receives a letter from Eric’s solicitor ordering her to take down her post or they’ll sue, Steve advises her to stick to her guns but Dee Dee warns them that a libel case could end up costing them a fortune.
Coronation Street airs Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 8pm on ITV1 and ITV X.
