Coronation Street airs heartbreaking scenes next week, while there's a U-turn in another big storyline.
One character is told a devastating diagnosis may be behind his worrying health symptoms, turning his world upside down - and possibly leading to dangerous scenes.
Elsewhere, there's hints to a huge summer storyline with a possible affair on the cards as one character makes his feelings very clear.
Also on Corrie, there's trouble for Amy Barlow as her mother Tracy vows to bring down her rapist Aaron Sandford.
But as it all gets too much for the character, there's a huge U-turn. Here's all the biggest moments fans will see on the ITV soap next week...
Tracy targets rapist Aaron
Tracy Barlow will take action against her daughter Amy Barlow's rapist next week.
Aaron Sandford finds himself targeted by Tracy who is furious by the police's lack of action, following the news Amy was raped by her friend earlier this month.
After Amy gets worrying news at the station before next week, spoilers confirm that her mother Tracy takes action in the aftermath.
Amy is worried that Tracy has put flyers up about Aaron everywhere but Tracy assures her that no one will know it’s her.
The posters lead to Abi Franklin confronting her colleague Aaron, while no one on the street currently knows about Amy's ordeal asides the people she has told.
With one poster left in the printer at the florist, it isn't long before news spreads leaving Amy devastated when her uncle Peter Barlow reveals what has happened.
Worried about not getting justice for her daughter, Tracy calls at the police station and glues herself to the counter.
Urging them to take Amy’s rape allegation seriously, it isn't long before she gets huge attention.
Her partner Steve and Amy arrive at the police station to find Tracy about to give an interview to Suki, the reporter from the Gazette.
Mortified, Amy begs her Mum not to go ahead - and soon there appears to be a change to her story. Abi tells Aaron that she has heard that Amy has changed her story, and soon Aaron is telling those on the street that Amy has made a U-turn.
Paul's diagnosis
Paul Foreman will make a dangerous decision on Coronation Street next week amid his life-changing diagnosis.
It has been confirmed that labourer Paul - who is played by Peter Ash on the ITV soap - will be diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease in upcoming scenes.
Next week on the ITV soap, Paul is struggling with his money woes and ends up considering working for villain Damon Hay.
Paul chats with Damon and says he doesn't have long left to live and needs to make some money. Damon hands him a number for a man called Kyle, who needs someone to drive for him as part of an insurance scam.
Also next week his world is shattered as he finds out from the neurologist that there's a possibility he could be suffering from onset motor neurone disease, ahead of his official diagnosis.
Sarah and Damon affair?
Coronation Street spoilers reveal Damon Hay's intentions for Sarah Platt, as he makes a confession to her next week on the ITV soap.
It was recently teased an affair could be on the cards, as Sarah invited Damon up to her hotel room before changing her mind.
After this, she realised he was the thug who had been taunting her brother Nick Tilsley, and he was also her husband Adam Barlow's potential new client.
Sarah began flirting with Damon in a secret meet-up as she begged him to leave her, Nick and Adam alone. Next week they are drawn to each other once again it seems, as he makes his feelings and his plan very clear to her.
