Soap favourite Samia Longchambon made the most of the summer sun while posing in a selection of swimwear. The Maria Connor actress from Eccles looked stunning as she modelled a black bikini and a nautical striped blue swimsuit for lingerie brand Pour Moi.
"Summer ‘22 you are up there with my favourites," she wrote as she channelled sixties vibes as she made a peace sign next to a red and white campervan. The mum-of-two also posed next to a beach hut wearing a large floppy hat over her brunette bobbed tresses - and the look was a world away from the Corrie cobbles.
The compliments came pouring in for Samia, who recently celebrated her 40th birthday. Millie Gibson who plays her foster daughter Kelly Neelan in the ITV soap commented: "Humminah Humminah." Kel Allen, who played Kelly's late mum Laura, said: "Girl’s on fire." And Catherine Tyldesley who played Maria's former love rival Eva Price gushed: "Love love love."

Earlier this month Samia, who has appeared in Corrie for 22 years, impressed fans as she went up against her husband in a headstand-off. Enjoying the outdoors in a green field, she showed off a split-leg headstand and a standard headstand with her long legs pointed straight into the air.
And her hubby Sylvain, who she met while competing in ITV's Dancing On Ice, also got in on the action, copying his wife's moves. "His n Hers headstands," Samia captioned the string of snaps to her 419,000 followers before tagging Sylvain and adding the hashtags ' yogi', 'sunday stretch' and 'namaste'.
Samia celebrated her special birthday last month but shared how she had planned a big party but scrapped the idea after her anxiety about hosting reached fever pitch. The star has been open about her anxiety struggles in the past.
Last year, she revealed on Loose Women that she found herself receiving an asthma diagnosis as a child when she was actually suffering from crippling anxiety. She was applauded last year when she revealed she had achieved a diploma in cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT).
But as she approached her milestone birthday, Samia took ownership of her mental health and put her happiness first. "I know with the job I do this sounds like I’m contradicting myself but I hate being the centre of attention and I feel too nervous to have a party," she told OK! during a birthday photoshoot with hubby Sylvain.
The yoga fanatic credits her youthful looks to her Lebanese heritage on her father Joseph's side. "My dad passed away when he was 65, he didn’t really have wrinkles," she told OK!
"I care about my appearance and I’m lucky I don’t have any wrinkles but I can tell I look older in the mornings – my face takes longer to wake up. And I have to get my roots done every month to fend off the greys."
