Coronation Street will air a worrying time for Faye Windass and partner Craig Tinker next week, according to news spoilers for the ITV soap.
Pregnant Faye will be taken to hospital for scans, after she fears she is losing her unborn baby.
Faye only learned she was pregnant during Friday's episode, before she broke the news to her thrilled partner Craig - amid a rocky time for their romance.
In upcoming scenes, during a tense time for the characters, Faye will feel unwell and fear the worst.
As she emerges from the bathroom, she confides in flatmate Emma Brooker that she believes she is losing her baby.
Craig races his girlfriend to the hospital, and she soon undergoes a baby scan to find out what is going on.
But the couple are left stunned by what they are told when they are given the results of the scan.
Viewers will have to tune in next week to find out what happens, and if Faye's baby will be okay.
It comes after tense scenes, as Faye finally confesses to her involvement in the death of an elderly man named Ted.
The couple are on a high in previous scenes after having their first appointment with the midwife.
But when back at the flat, Ted's grandson Jon makes a surprise appearance - and Faye realises that Emma has been seeing him despite their secret.
Faye and Emma were in the car that ran over Ted, with his death appearing to be connected to his injuries.
While Faye was driving both girls kept quiet, and only Craig knows the truth - but this is about to change.
When Jon realises something is going on when he enters the flat, Faye blurts out the truth that they are responsible for his grandad’s death.
Whether Emma can forgive Faye, and what Jon will do with the information, remains to be seen until the episodes air.
But Emma will be forced to drop her hatred when a pale looking Faye tells her something is wrong with her pregnancy.
