Coronation Street's Millie Gibson has teased her character Kelly Neelan could be capable of anything, just like her villainous father Rick Neelan.
Kelly has been through turmoil in the past year, following her involvement in the death of Seb Franklin, and the revelation that her father Rick had been murdered.
She was devastated to hear her mother Laura claim to have killed Rick, before her own tragic death earlier this year.
What Kelly is yet to find out is that Gary killed Rick, and let Laura take the blame before her death.
Speaking to The Mirror and other press at The British Soap Awards 2022, actress Millie teased how Kelly would react to the truth coming out, and hinted things could get dark.
Asked on how she might react to Gary being exposed, she told us: "I think we would like to know that one.
"I think she might be sneaky about it and have a moment to herself of destruction and the horror that he didn't let me say goodbye to my mum, and he let her take the fall so I think it would kick off."
On if Kelly could kill Gary, she teased: "Who knows what she is capable of, she has her dad's genes!"
She did say that she couldn't see her character using violence, especially after her past.
She explained: "I think she has those spiteful moments where we sort of see her old self but I don’t think she could be capable of that."
It's not yet clear whether the truth about Rick and Laura will come to light, but this is soap land so it's surely only a matter of time.
Actress Millie won big on the night, as she secured the gong for Best Young Performer.
The star was overwhelmed by the win, as she praised her Corrie co-stars and crew members for their support during the Hate Crime storyline.
