The future doesn't look so bright for Coronation Street couple Daisy Midgeley and Daniel Osbourne as more drama lies ahead for the pair.
New ITV spoilers reveal that Daisy's jealousy will reach new heights next week as Daniel (Rob Mallard) continues to spend more time with Nicky Wheatley (Kimberly Hart-Simpson).
Fed up with the fact that Daniel is working on the Edinburgh trip with Nicky, Daisy (Charlotte Jordan) decides to show up at the school unannounced with a packed lunch for them.
When Mrs Crawshaw tells her to knock before she goes in, Daisy is surprised when Daniel introduces her as his girlfriend and it leads her to become paranoid and she tells Jenny that she's going to find Nicky a man in order to keep her away from Daniel.
A couple of days later, Daisy suggests to Daniel that they have drinks with Nicky after work as she knows it's the first day in her new job and she'd like to get to know her better.
Nicky arrives at the Rovers unaware that Daisy is actually trying to set her up with her ex-boyfriend Ashley.
Nicky is embarrassed when Ashley clearly recognises her and quickly makes her excuses and leaves.
Daisy is stunned when she finds out that Ashley knew Nicky when she was a sex worker, and decides the time has come to confront Daniel - but how will he react?
On Friday Daisy confronts Nicky but is left thoughtful when Daisy makes it clear she is not interested in being more than friends with Daniel.
However, Daisy still asks Daniel to give Nicky a wide berth and is left furious when she later finds them looking cosy in the cafe.
Later on, Mrs Crawshaw summons Nicky to a meeting and tells her they need to discuss her past.
Refusing to lie, Nicky confirms that she used to work in the sex industry what will Mrs Crawshaw do?
In a shocking twist, Nicky later explains to Daniel that videos and images from her past are all over the school and that she’s been suspended.
Daniel is furious and assumes Daisy is responsible for it and ends up confronting her.
Daisy later confides in Jenny about how how hurt she is that Daniel thinks she’d do something so malicious. But is she telling the truth? And could this cost her her relationship with Daniel?
