Coronation Street fans have been left heartbroken after Jacob Hay exited the ITV soap in emotional scenes on Friday evening.
Jacob, played by Jack James Ryan, was driven from Weatherfield amid evil threats from his drug-dealing dad Damon (Ciarán Griffiths)
Damon recently arrived on the cobbles with plans to get his estranged son onside by finding work for him at the Bistro, where he now has owner Nick ( Ben Price ) under his control due to the dodgy money Damon's brother Harvey Gaskell (Will Mellor) put into the restaurant.
