Corrie star Sushil Chudasama looks a world away from when he appeared in the soap 17 years ago.
Sushil played Scooter Makuna back in 2005, who had a steamy affair with Sarah Platt.
The actor quit fame for a new career, but his character left a lasting impression on viewers.
Scooter wasn't particularly bright, but had a fondness for fish and retrieving junk from skips.
The hapless character embarked on an affair with Sarah, played by Tina O'Brien.
Yet he ended up leaving the Cobbles after ten months following a blazing argument with Sarah.
Sushil is a business development executive for a safety group - but occasionally returns to his acting roots.
He made an appearance in Emmerdale over six episodes in 2015 as DC Henry.
The actor has most recently starred in CBeebies show Biff and Chip as Mr Shah as well as a BBC presenter for BBC Lancashire.
Sarah Platt has recently embarked on another fling on the ITV soap with Damon Hay.
Viewers could see the moment the pair get rumbled next week as they get steamy again.
They make a big mistake that could see them caught out by Sarah's husband and three other characters, ahead of "explosive" scenes to air.
The pair have slept together before but Sarah told him they had to stay apart, as she wanted to remain married to Adam Barlow.
Next week it becomes clear things are not over, as they are once again in steamy scenes.
This time, the pair give into passion at The Bistro where Damon works with Sarah's brother Nick Tilsley and his partner Leanne Battersby.
When Sarah goes to see Damon in the office, they're soon caught up in the moment and begin to kiss.
Adam and Dee-Dee inform Nick and Leanne the place is locked up and confused, they head to the venue.
Sarah and Damon are still in the office when the four walk into the restaurant to try and find Damon.
The pair freeze in horror as Adam and co make their way towards the office, but will they be caught out?
It follows on from Dee-Dee's discovery of a one-night stand and advised them to stay away from each other.
Speaking to The Mirror in December, Corrie boss Iain MacLeod spilled: "As the year goes on, he's got this magnetic attraction for a notable high-profile female character on the show, who is going to have her head turned in a way that has very far-reaching consequences.
"I'm currently working on storylines for June and there's a build-up and then a colossal explosion in that story involving Damon and this love story that will be on air in June."
