Coronation Street's Jude Riordan has thrilled fans as he shared a career update.
The St Helens youngster has wowed audiences with his performances as Sam Blakeman on the cobbles. Jude's role in the ITV soap earned him a number of awards last year as he took home the Best Newcomer Prize at both the National Television Awards and the Inside Soap Awards.
The 11-year-old won the hearts of Corrie fans when he made his Weatherfield debut in 2020 after he discovered that Nick Tilsley was his father. While getting to know his dad he had a rocky start with Nick's partner Leanne Battersby as she grieved the loss of her three-year-old son Oliver.

As he struggled to cope with his heart-breaking loss, Sam stopped speaking but with the help of Roy Cropper, he found a love for chess and has since found his spark again. However, Corrie and playing Sam isn't Jude's only job, the Manchester Evening News reports.
The soap star also appears in Sky's Brassic as Michelle Keegan's on-screen son Tyler Croft. Back in December he shared a snap on Instagram in the back of a car, writing: "That's a WRAP on BRASSIC 4. Been another fantastic series with the gang." And Jude had good news to share with fans of the comedy series as series four is on its way.
Sharing the brand new trailer to his Instagram page, which is run by his parents, Jude wrote: "Reposted from @brassicfans_ BRASSIC 4 IS ON THE WAY this Autumn. Sneek peek. So proud to be part of this, fun 4 years with the gang @skytv @nowtv."

And the youngster, who proudly hails from St Helens, Merseyside, comes from a talented family as his dad has forged a successful career in showbusiness as a television director.
Paul Riordan broke through in a behind-the-scenes role in Hollyoaks before he went on to earn directing credits for popular soaps such as Emmerdale and Casualty. And Jude's brother, Zach, recently made his own Weatherfield debut as he appeared opposite his brother in scenes aired on the ITV soap.
