The Sean Tully actor's famous mother Enid Dunn has made a number of appearances on the soap herself over the years. She actually made her Corrie debut before her son did.
She first appeared on the cobbles as Dennis Stringer's aunt Joan Lawson in January 2002 at the character's funeral. The actress later returned to the cobbles in 2006 as a character credited as Old Crone, reported The Daily Star.
