Sue Cleaver has landed in Australia after she was confirmed to be a campmate on the upcoming season of I'm A Celebrity.
The soap star is renowned for her role as Eileen Grimshaw on Coronation Street. The character first appeared on the show in 2000 and has since gone on to become a Weatherfield fan favourite.
Sue has played Eileen through some of the ITV show's most dramatic storylines as she has endured turbulent romances with characters such as Dennis Stringer, Michael Rodwell and notorious killer Pat Phelan. She will now follow in the footsteps of Corrie co-stars such as Simon Gregson as she takes on the I'm A Celebrity challenge.

Sue is the third campmate to be confirmed for the upcoming season of I'm A Celeb after Love Island star, Olivia Attwood, and radio DJ, Chris Moyles. The new series will return to its spiritual home in Australia and is expected to premiere in November.
ITV confirmed filming was briefly shut down earlier this week following reports of severe flooding in the area. A spokeswoman told the PA news agency: "We closed site for 24 hours as a precautionary measure due to the inclement weather."
It is not the first time production of the show has been marred by adverse conditions, with the previous series, filmed at Gwrych Castle in North Wales, hampered by Storm Arwen.
The show was cancelled for several nights while the production team repaired the significant damage caused by the stormy weather. A trailer for the 2022 series has been released showing hosts Ant and Dec jumping out of a helicopter into the wilderness.
The Geordie presenters have hosted the popular reality show since its launch in 2002.
