Ryan Connor will be arrested tonight on Coronation Street as his role in the robbery is discovered.
Viewers watched on Monday night as Ryan, played by Ryan Prescott, agreed to take part in an insurance scam with Debbie Webster.
By staging a fake robbery, he was hoping to use the money he'd be paid by Debbie to allow him to return back to Ibiza and buy a share in a business.
However, he's caught out this evening after Ed reveals that the Bistro CCTV has a back-up circuit and won't have been affected by the power cut.
As Leanne, Nick, Debbie and Ronnie all gather to watch as Craig presses play on the CCTV, they see that Ryan is actually the perpetrator and is arrested on suspicion of theft.
Suspicious that it wasn't only Ryan behind the robbery, Ronnie accuses Debbie of orchestrating an insurance scam. Debbie denies it, but will he believe her?
Later, Ryan undergoes a police interview and calls Debbie from the station, threatening to drop her in it.
What will she do?
It looks like actor Ryan is set to exit the soap as his character faces a stint in jail.
Next week, Ryan is charged and told to attend the magistrates' court the next day, while Craig confirms that the CCTV footage is damning evidence against him.
Ryan later tells Debbie that they should stage fake CCTV footage of a masked gunman forcing him to rob the bistro, but she refuses to cooperate.
Ronnie finds Ryan trying to fix the camera in the Bistro himself and advises him to accept his punishment.
On Wednesday, Ronnie supports Ryan at the magistrates' court as he enters a guilty plea.
His plea is accepted by the district judge and he awaits sentencing...
