Coronation Street actress Kate Spencer has married her fiancé Paul James Walker.

The soap star, who played Grace Vickers on the cobbles, shared the happy news on Instagram as she beamed in a series of adorable photos.

Taking to her Insta Stories yesterday, she shared a post from a friend, which read: "Approximately *this* excited for @katespence17's wedding tomorrow !"
