Coronation Street star Jude Riordan has paid an adorable tribute to his director dad who works on Emmerdale and Hollyoaks.
Ever since his debut on the ITV soap as Nick Tilsley's long-lost son Sam Blakeman, the 10-year-old actor has wowed viewers with his incredible performances.
He has gathered an impressive 64,500 followers on Instagram, though his mum manages his content as she shares updates with fans.
Sharing a sweet photo of Jude and his dad Paul on his birthday, they wrote on Instagram: "Happy Birthday Daddy!"
Paul is equally successful in the TV industry and works as a director, with credits to his name on shows such as Emmerdale, Hollyoaks and Casualty.
The director also shares glimpses into his life on social media with his family and their adorable dog, recently sharing a photo with his sons that he captioned with a blue heart emoji and wrote: "My tribe... HFD."
Meanwhile, Jude clearly still has the support of his former on-screen mum - actress Rachel Leskovac - who frequently comments on his social media photos.
Rachel reprised her role as Natasha Blakeman in 2020 - 10 years after she left the show - as she returned alongside Jude.
Natasha was tragically killed last year after being shot by Harvey in a case of mistaken identity and was one of two residents to lose their lives during the soap's dark Halloween week.
She underwent surgery in hospital but died, leaving a devastated Sam struggling as he grieved the death of his mum.
After initially refusing to speak, Sam has started to become himself again with the help of Roy Cropper and his family rallying around him.
