Next week, Phill loses his job after secretly giving Maria Connor (Samia Longchambon) a tip-off to help with her election campaign. He tells Fiz that he can no longer afford the renovation on the house now that he has no job.

Fiz is left even more devastated when the estate agent says that the sinkhole is putting people off and that they need to lower the price.

Having expected Tyrone to be reluctant about dropping the price of the house, Fiz and Phill are shocked when the estate agent rings round and reveals that he's lowered it on Tyrone's instruction.

Fiz decides to go and thank Tyrone and tells him that she and Phill will move into the new house sooner than expected and that they will start some of the jobs themselves. However, Tyrone is upset to hear that Fiz and Phill will be leaving so soon.
