Former Coronation Street actress Catherine Tyldesley has announced when she will be back on our TV screens.
After seven years as Eva Price on the cobbles, the star announced she was quitting the long-running ITV soap in 2017, but has not ruled out a return to the Street in the future. At the time, Cath said she was leaving the show to travel with her family.
The 38-year-old gave birth to her second child, a daughter, earlier this year.

And it appears she filmed her latest TV project while she was pregnant. Sharing the details of her newest show on Instagram, Cath said: "Meet ‘Kate’. I had a glorious time filming this (despite the morning sickness) … standby/set your planners!
"It’s back and it’s bloody brilliant #McDonald&Dodds @itv 8pm THIS SUNDAY!"
The star's former Corrie colleagues rushed to wish her well. Taking to the comments section, Rosie Webster actress Helen Flanagan said: "Yes babe", while Charlie Condou, who played Marcus in the soap, said: "Pretty in pink".
Many fans were also thrilled by the news. Sarie Taylor said: "Ooh can’t wait to watch", while Ells Nicholas said: "Exciting! Can't wait to watch x". Natalie said: "Love McDonald and Dodds so very excited it is back and just fab you are in this too @auntiecath17".
The show will be the first time Cath has appeared on TV since September 2021, when she starred in an episode of The Holden Girls with Amanda Holden and Leigh Francis. Since leaving Corrie she has also appeared in programmes such as Viewpoint, Scarborough and 15 Days.
