Former Coronation Street star Brooke Vincent has swapped the UK for sunnier climates as she welcomed in a "chaotic" new year.
The soap star rose to fame with her portrayal of Sophie Webster on the long-running ITV soap. Brooke arrived on the Cobbles as the renowned character in 2004 and thrilled fans with her performances until she departed Weatherfield in 2019.
In recent years, Brooke has taken a step back from the limelight as she focuses on her family. She has also launched her own line of stationery after struggling to juggle a busy schedule.

However, the 30-year-old regularly shares updates from her happy family life with her thousands of Instagram followers. On Sunday, she shared snaps from her latest holiday.
Sharing a photo of herself pushing a buggy amid blue skies and palm trees, she said: "Well my verdict for the first day of 2023 … my kids are still as chaotic as they were back in 22! I’ll pray for 24".
Fans were quick to comment on the snap. Cory said: "Happy new year, Brooke", while Margaret said: "My daughter has three boys she gets you [laughing emoji], and Gaynor said: "And you wouldn’t have them any other way".
