Bernie Winter has been a firm favourite with Corrie fans since she burst onto the cobbles as Gemma's mum in 2019.
The character, played by Jane Hazelgrove, has become a force to be reckoned with, gobby and not one to fall onto the wrong side of. An early storyline saw her steal her pregnant daughter’s urine to sell fake positive pregnancy tests.
Now that she's settled into the street, however, viewers have seen a softer side. Bernie will fight tooth and nail for her loved ones, and she's loyal to a fault.
