Coronation Street viewers were blown away as Leanne Battersby was seen visiting Harvey in prison – the night before Natasha's anniversary.
However, Nick was left baffled when he was told Leanne had told other people she was carrying out everyday errands.
However, she had chosen to visit Harvey after previously ignoring his visiting orders but hadn't been able to relax until she had spoken to him.
But the blonde businesswoman was left blown away when Harvey's request became clear after receiving a string of messages from Natasha's son.
However, one fan believes that it may come to light that Sam is actually Harvey's son, not Nick.
The killer who is currently serving time for shooting Natasha has received several letters from Sam, unbeknown to her and Nick, Sam's dad.
Leanne fumes as she tells Harvey to stop sending visiting orders, hitting out and explaining that she will speak to lawyers to take out a harassment order against the thug.
During her outburst, she revealed that Harvey had "failed" when he attempted to shoot her but managed to "destroy" Sam's life.
Harvey urges Leanne to have her stepson stop writing to him, saying: "Sam, that's the kid's name, isn't it? He's been writing me letters, loads of letters," leaving Leanne speechless.
He went on to say that Sam sends around three letters per week to his mum's killer, before saying it has started to frustrate him.
"I don't know how you could kill someone, has anyone tried to kill you?" he said as he opened up about the letters.
Harvey added: "You need to tell the kid 'your mum's dead, move on'," leaving Leanne stunned.
Upon returning back to Weatherfield, Leanne tells Nick about what Harvey had to say, after confessing to visiting the monster.
The pair later confronted the youngster who said he just wanted to know why he'd murdered his mum and would only stop if he was allowed to visit Harvey – something which Nick and Leanne ruled out.
However, one fan appeared to predict a dramatic twist for the youngster, sharing: "Why do I feel like Harvey will turn out to be Sam's real dad in #Corrie and not Nick?"
"It's the parents, Sam, it's always the parents. #Corrie," said another.
Other fans couldn't deal with the revelation about the letters as many flocked to Twitter to share their thoughts, with one saying: "Oh wow! So that's who Sam was writing to?? Poor thing #Corrie."
"Sam's a genius #Corrie," said another.
Before a third went on to add: "#Corrie Where's Sam getting all the stamps? First class is about a quid a go these days!"
Another added that Sam may simply want an apology from Harvey.
