Coronation Street viewers noticed an error as David and Shona Platt both skipped work during Friday's episode.
The latest instalment of the long-running ITV soap saw Shona wrap herself up in a blanket, while a bemused David looked on. Shona said she had given Bernie some extra hours "as a favour".
David then revealed he had the day off, too, with Maria holding the fort at the salon. Shona told David she was having a "duvet week", which David told her was "absolutely not a thing".

The two then returned to bed, with David ignoring a phone call from Kelly - who was stood outside a locked salon unable to get in for work. Later, David and Shona had lunch at Speed Daal before they were interrupted by a flustered Maria.
The scenes left soap fans confused. Taking to Twitter, James Dawson said: "Duvet day? It's June", while a Ken Barlow parody account said: "It's 70 degrees out there Shona. We've got the windows open. Aren't you a little warm?"
Other viewers saw fault in their lunch outing. Teena Massam said: "Shona's loving her duvet day even though she’s dressed and in the restaurant", while Tony said: "A duvet day... in a restaurant".
