Coronation Street viewers were surprised to see killer Will Mellor return to the show.
Whilst Nick and Sam prepared to mark the anniversary of Natasha’s death, Leanne said she was going to the cash and carry but made a sneaky detour along the way. Arriving at the Highfield prison, she visited a controversial old face from the street.
Harvey, played by Will Mellor, was sent down for murdering Natasha last year but had news of his own to tell Leanne when she arrived. He told her Sam has been sending him letters, questioning why he murdered his mother and that he wanted to put an end to the correspondence.

Will is currently a competitor on Strictly Come Dancing, making his reemergence as a villain all the more surprising. One viewer said: "From murdering the dance floor in #Strictly to serving time for murder - Will Mellor is back in #Corrie!"
Another added: "If strictly knows he's in prison they will axe him mark my words." A third viewer said: "Love Will Mellor but never got used to seeing him in this bad guy role."
As Harvey lapped up the attention in prison, Leanne was forced to return home and confront Sam about his actions. Quickly becoming emotional, he explained he simply wanted answers regarding why his mother was killed.
